Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from AdacMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all buyers, visitors, and users of the marketplace.
2. Nature of Service
AdacMarket is a marketplace for advertising accounts across major ad platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, DV360, and others. We source, verify, and resell these accounts to media buyers, agencies, and advertisers.
All accounts are sold as-is with stated specifications. Account balances, spending limits, and warranty coverage are as listed at time of purchase.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing an account, you agree to:
- Use the account in compliance with the respective ad platform's terms of service
- Not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Not use accounts for content that violates platform policies or applicable law
- Take full responsibility for all campaigns and spend executed through the account
- Not attempt to transfer, resell, or sub-lease accounts without prior written consent
4. Payment Terms
All purchases are made via Bitcoin (BTC). Prices are quoted in USD and converted at the live market rate at time of payment. Payments are non-reversible once transmitted on the blockchain.
Order processing begins only after payment confirmation (minimum 1 blockchain confirmation). Delivery is typically completed within 1–4 business hours of confirmed payment.
5. Account Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, account credentials and instructions are delivered via the contact method provided at checkout (email or Telegram). AdacMarket is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the buyer.
6. Warranty & Replacements
Warranty terms are as described in our Refund Policy. Warranty coverage applies to platform-initiated actions only. Suspensions caused by buyer behavior, policy violations, or misuse void the warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
AdacMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased accounts. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the original purchase price of the account in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be submitted to our support team within the warranty period. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution. Chargebacks or payment disputes outside our internal process will result in immediate account termination from future purchases.
9. Privacy
Purchase information (name, email, Telegram handle) is collected solely for order processing and support. We do not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely and deleted upon request.
10. Changes to Terms
AdacMarket reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered buyers of material changes via email.
