Refund Policy

Accounts marked with Warranty Included are covered under our replacement guarantee. If a warranted account becomes suspended, banned, or inaccessible for reasons attributable to platform actions (not user misuse), we will:
- Provide a replacement account of equal or greater value
- Issue a store credit for the full purchase price
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase via live chat or Telegram. We will review and respond within 24 hours on business days.
โก Limited Warranty Accounts
Accounts marked as Limited Warranty carry a shorter coverage window of 7 days from delivery. Coverage includes:
- Account not functioning as described at delivery
- Incorrect account type or credentials delivered
- Platform-initiated suspension within the 7-day period
Limited warranty does not cover suspensions resulting from the buyer's campaign activity, policy violations, or misuse of the account.
๐ซ No Refund Cases
Refunds or replacements will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Account suspended due to policy-violating campaigns run by the buyer
- Buyer shares account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Account used for content prohibited by the respective ad platform
- Claim submitted after the warranty window has expired
- Deposit-based accounts where delivery has already been confirmed
- SOLD OUT accounts that were purchased after status was marked as sold

In approved refund cases, reimbursements are issued as:
- Store Credit โ applied to your account for future purchases (instant)
- BTC Refund โ returned to your provided Bitcoin address within 2โ5 business days
All refunds are processed at the original purchase value in USD. BTC refunds are calculated at the exchange rate at time of refund issuance.
